Eleven homes were sold altogether this week in La Jolla real estate, continuing a trend of slightly mediocre sales. Four of those were attached homes, and seven were detached. All seven sold for over $1 million.
The most noteworthy sale this time around is a $2.05 million Hidden Valley home. The biggest selling point for this ranch-style residence is its panoramic view of La Jolla Shores and the ocean. Other great features include a secluded brick courtyard entry, porcelain-tiled baths, bright color palate and high-ceiling living room.
