A total of eight homes were sold altogether this week in La Jolla real estate. Three of those were attached homes, and five were detached. Those five all sold for over $1 million, including two for over $3 million.
This week, the biggest sale was a La Jolla Shores home with nearly 5,000 square feet of living space. Located in the Montoro gated community, this home is within walking distance of both La Jolla Shores Beach and Birch Aquarium. It also features high ceilings, great views, a spacious grassy backyard, and easy access to the community's pool and two tennis courts.
