This week saw home sales return to normal levels in La Jolla real estate. Thirteen homes were sold altogether, five detached and eight attached. Eight homes sold for over $1 million, including two for over $2 million.
The highlight sale over that period was a $2.79 million Upper Hermosa home. This 2-story Cape Cod style residence is just a couple minutes' drive from Windansea Beach, the Village and Pacific Beach. It boasts a library, a grassy backyard with gazebo and fireplace, and a separate guest house/garage.
