This was an unusually slow week of sales for La Jolla real estate. Just seven homes were sold in total—three attached and four detached. But the ones that did sell were some significant sales: four of them sold for over $1 million, including two for over $5 million.
The highlight sale this week was a $8.55 million Muirlands home. This spectacular 9,000-square-foot residence boasts awe-inspiring views of Country Club, La Jolla Village and the Pacific. Other amenities include a circular entry with fountain, a guest house, 6-car garage, pool and tennis court.
