Quite a few homes were sold this week in La Jolla real estate—18 altogether (7 detached and 11 attached). That said, the average price was quite a bit lower than usual: seven of the properties sold for under $400,000, while just four sold for over $1 million.
The most notable sale this time around was 321 Via Del Norte, a $2.78 million Lower Hermosa home. With an impressive 3,890 square feet of living space, this charming ranch-style abode is sure to please its new owner. It features lush greenery, dual offices, a wine cooler and three fireplaces. Plus, it's just a brief walk or a minute's drive from Windansea Beach.
