This was a decent week of sales in La Jolla real estate. 16 homes were sold in total, 10 detached and 6 attached. Eight of those properties sold for over $1 million, though just one went for over $2 million.
That latter sale was 1372 Rodeo Drive, a $2.15 million Muirlands home. This newly remodeled, ranch-style residence has many large windows throughout, creating an open and inviting atmostphere. Features include ocean and canyon views, circular driveway, three-car garage, and a pool with built-in spa.
