We had a solid pace of sales this week in La Jolla real estate. Thirteen homes were sold altogether, with seven of those being attached and six detached. The median sale price was $815,000. Six of the homes sold for over $1 million, including two for over $2 million.
This week's featured property is a $5.62 million Lower Hermosa home. Built on the coveted Camino De La Costa just two blocks from Windansea Beach, this Mediterranean-style residence is nearly 6500 square feet. Amenities include media room, wine cellar, exercise room, ocean views, pool and spa.
