A total of 16 homes were sold during this busy week of La Jolla real estate, after just four last week. Nine of those sold for over $1 million.
The most notable home of the week was a beautiful gated residence in Muirlands West. The high ceilings of its bright living space is a major plus, but the backyard really steals the show. A pool with a slide and built-in spa, a barbecue and patio area, and a lounge centered around a fire bowl make it the perfect entertainment venue.
