Here's the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for June 21, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

This was another strong week for sales of La Jolla real estate: 15 homes were sold, nine of them for over $1 million. While several of these residences were quite impressive, one $6.8 million home in Country Club was especially stunning. Located close to La Jolla Shores, the Village and La Jolla Country Club, this enormous Spanish-style villa features a wine cellar, a theater, an elevator, a two-story library and expansive patios for enjoying the panoramic ocean views.
