This was a pretty slow week for La Jolla real estate—especially compared to a couple of weeks ago. A total of six homes were sold, three of them for more than $1 million.
The standout of the bunch was a spacious $1.94 million beach house in Beach-Barber Tract, situated only a block from the famed Windansea Beach. This modern-contemporary residence features glass, steel and cedar heavily in its construction, and includes an exercise room, an elevator and a bar/billiards area.
