This was a solid week for sales of La Jolla real estate. A total of 12 homes were sold in total. Half of those homes sold for more than $1 million, including three for over $2 million.
The standout from this bunch was a $2.32 million Mediterranean-style home in the northern portion of Muirlands. This tasteful residence has a lively atmosphere thanks to its bright color scheme, spacious floorplan and plethora of windows. The expansive backyard patio is ideal for relaxing and admiring the sweeping views of both La Jolla Country Club and the Pacific Ocean.
