Fifteen homes were sold in this busier-than-average sales week for La Jolla real estate. Of these, eight were sold for over $1 million.
The standout residence this week was a $1.77 million home in La Jolla Mesa. While the home's natural lighting and its stunning views of Pacific Beach and the ocean are definite perks, the enormous tropical backyard is what really steals the show. The upper level boasts a sun deck, hot tub and barbecue grill, while the lush lower level houses several fruit trees, a playground and a fire pit.
