Here's the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for April 19, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

Nine homes were sold this week in La Jolla real estate, five of them for over $1 million. There were a couple that stood out from the rest: a $4.65 million home located on the coveted La Jolla Farms Road, and a $2.75 million Country Club home. The latter is a Mediterranean-style residence featuring luxurious high ceilings and over 5,000 square feet of living space, including a 10-seat theater room with wet bar.
