This was another lively week for La Jolla real estate. 15 homes were sold—a whopping 10 of them for over $1 million and four for over $2 million. The standout this time around was a $4.6 million contemporary-style home located on the coveted La Jolla Farms Road. This bright, spacious residence includes such luxurious features as a circular driveway, integrated pool and spa, ocean and paragliding views, housekeeper's quarters and even a lighted tennis court.
