This was another somewhat slow week for La Jolla real estate. Six homes were sold, two of them for over $1 million. The $1.47 million Ranch-style residence in the Hidden Valley area features bright, high-ceilinged rooms, a landscaped garden and beautiful views of the ocean and eastern San Diego that perfectly encapsulate La Jolla's peaceful spleandor.
