Seven homes were sold in La Jolla real estate's last week of January, four of them for over $1 million. The standout this time was a $2.1 million Mediterranean-style home in the Country Club area. It features a 3-car garage, music room, exercise room, peaceful ocean views and a lush, tastefully-landscaped backyard area with retractable awnings.
