This was yet another rather slow week in La Jolla real estate. Six homes were sold, just one of them for over $1 million. Easily the most unique residence of the bunch was 8001 Ocean Lane. Though quite small at just 528 square feet, this cozy La Jolla Cove cottage has lovely views and is located just a few hundred feet from the ocean, a spacious park and the incredible shopping and dining of The Village.
