Here's the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for Dec. 29, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

This was another reasonably busy week for La Jolla real estate. A total of 11 homes were sold, 5 of them for over $1 million. This time around, the standout was a $6.6 million La Jolla Shores home with over 10,000 square feet of living space. It features two steam rooms, a dry sauna, a gym, a home theatre, uniquely mirrored garage doors, and sweeping ocean and city views. Also of note was a $4.45 million Tuscan residence in the Country Club area, which includes a media room, wine cellar, and guest house.
