UC San Diego Visitor Tours

Discover the history, art and architecture of the UC San Diego campus with a free guided tour. Visitors may choose from two types of tours:

Walking Tours: Take a stroll through the heart of campus for an up-close look at UC San Diego's unique features, including the iconic Geisel Library, Stuart Collection pieces and the Price Center. Walking tours are offered the first Sunday of each month.

Bus Tours: Enjoy a scenic ride for a general overview of the campus, including the six colleges and graduate and professional schools. Short stops are made at Thornton Hospital, Scripps Institution of Oceanography and other sites. Bus tours are offered the remaining Sundays of the month.

Advance registration is required. Please note: these are NOT prospective student tours. Call (858) 534-4414 or email visitorsprogram@ucsd.edu for more information.
