The San Diego Chargers: The Spanos Family Business

The San Diego Chargers have been one of the most successful NFL franchises over the past decade, winning more games than 28 of the 31 other teams.  Hear directly from the men at the top about the challenges they face on and off the football field.  During this unique opportunity, you'll hear about their plans for the future, including upcoming business plans and innovations that will keep their beloved team viable and successful. 

SPEAKERS: 

A.G. Spanos, Executive Vice President/CEO, San Diego Chargers
A.G. oversees all day-to-day business operations of the Chargers, including marketing, sales, public relations and community relations.  He also represents the organization at all NFL and ownership meetings.  A.G. has been an integral member of the team's front office for nearly two decades and has been in charge of all business operation since 2011.  He's a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.  

John Spanos, Executive Vice President, Football Operations, San Diego Chargers
John ascended to his position atop football operations in 2013 and is now in his 19th NFL season and 17th with the Chargers.  He previously served as a pro and college scout, assistant director of college scouting, and director of college scouting.  His leadership is key on the team's player personnel efforts, evaluation of pro and college players, assisting in player contract negotiations and managing the salary cap.  John attended Wake Forest University, graduating with a degree in Business.
