Honor breast cancer awareness month by participating in Pedal the Cause, proceeds benefiting breast cancer research ideas at San Diego's three National Cancer institute-designed cancer centers - the UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute and Salk Institute of Biological Studies.
Choose either a one-day ride of 25 or 50 miles, or a two-day ride to Julian of 65 or 90 miles. The start and finish line for all distances is located on the UC San Diego campus. A $100 registration fee covers rider related costs like the cycling jersey and aid station support.
