Oktoberfest: Books, Beer, & Brats at Athenaeum Music & Arts Library

Inebriate your night as your favorite San Diego breweries celebrate Oktoberfest at the Athenaeum!

Wash down a salty, soft pretzel with a fine craft brew from local breweries, confirming San Diego’s title of Micro-Brewery Capital of the U.S. Eclectic beers will intoxicate the library as you stroll down the Budenstrasse (Avenue of Booths) nestled in the stacks.

Play games of chance, wander through Jim Machacek’s walk-in novel, The Kincade Chronicles, in the Joseph Clayes III Gallery, and saturate your ears with the sound of music as you stumble between books, beers, and brats. Quench your appetite for art and festitivities with other young art and music lovers at the A List’s Oktoberfest!

Lederhosen encouraged; accordions verboten.

Tickets are $10 for members, $12 for nonmembers, and FREE for A List members.
