Recipes: Hand-Roll Sushi Buffet includes: Edamame with Fleur de Sel; Sushi rice, three different wrappings and a variety of fillings and condiments so you and your freinds can make your own hand-rolls. Fillings include tuna sashimi, smoked salmon, wasabi tobiko, masago (smelt roe), grilled salmon and shrimp, cooked crabmeat, roast beef, goat cheese, and assortment of fresh and pickled vegetables; Wasabi Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate Curls. This hands on class is limited to 32 people. Please bring an apron and wear closed toe shoes
