Flowing Into Fall - a Mindful Yoga/Food Healing Workshop

Join "Perfect Health" instructor and chef, Stephanie Aubuchon-Fernandez in this fun and thoughtful afternoon designed to open up the 5 Senses, set intentions, and restore the body to optimal harmony.
During the workshop we will discuss the elements of Fall and the effect on the body, learn tools to help balance through food, movement, and mind.
Set intentions for the end of the year
Snack on treats provided by Bee Green - all organic, plant based, super foods
Open the body with light basic yoga postures
Enjoy a restful "yoga sleep" to restore the body and prepare for the Season of Change!
