Riffs Acoustic Music and Yoga believes that Valentine's Day (or more simple, the acknowledgement of love) should be noticed and celebrated every day. For this reason, we are throwing an un-valentine's day party!
Bring a journal. We will use simple yoga postures (all levels welcome) to go through movements that help release issues of love in the past, celebrate love your present, and set intentions for love in your future. In between movement, we will journal. All this will be done to the live soul sounds of a singer/guitarist. After, wine will be provided to cheers to the future of love :)
