Thanksgiving at A.R. Valentien

Acclaimed Chef Jeff Jackson will be preparing a seasonal three-course prix-fixe menu for this year's Thanksgiving celebration at A.R. Valentien with highlights including: Tuna Carpaccio, Horseradish, Crème fraîche, Crispy Capers and Parsley; Cider Glazed Pork Belly with Ira's Cabbage-Apple Kraut; Roasted Turkey with Traditional "Fixins," Cornbread Pecan Stuffing, Cranberry Orange Relish and Giblet Gravy; Guerrero Negro Scallops, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Double Smoked Bacon, Sunchoke Puree; Pumpkin Pie with Whopped Cream and Pumpkin Seed Brittle; and Maple Crème Caramel with Pomegranate, Maple Leaf Tuile, just to name a few!


$85 per adult and $35 for children under 12.
