Warwick's will be hosting Newbery Medal-winning author Kate DiCamillo on Saturday, November 10th at 11:00am at the La Jolla Library, 7555 Draper Ave. as she discusses and signs copies of her books. This event is free and open to the public, however in order to be signed, a Kate DiCamillo book must be purchased from Warwick's. Signing line passes will be distributed upon purchase of any DiCamillo title from Warwick's. Please note that due to time constraints only 2 books brought from home can be signed.
About the author: Kate DiCamillo is the acclaimed author of many books for young readers, including The Tale of Despereaux, winner of the Newbery Medal; Because of Winn-Dixie, aNewbery Honor Book; and The Tiger Rising, a National Book Award finalist. She lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
