Join Rachel Peter of Spring Hill Cheese and explore the magic of milk crafting and cheese making at home. Mold Skool is the latest trend that has urban dwellers connecting to the lost rural past right here in our modern kitchens.  Not only will you sample some of Spring Hill’s popular cheeses, but you will learn the steps that set the foundation for a successful mold and cheesemaking experience. The first part of Mold Skool 101 includes a guide to sourcing the best quality milk, a lesson on coagulation, and detailed instructions with a hands-on cheese making lesson.  Then, you will learn how to prepare delicious summer appetizers using fresh cheeses.  As always, class will end with a family-style meal and Q & A with Rachel.  Everyone will take home their very own cheese creation.
