Bring your pre-teen to gain body awareness, build phsyical strength, improve confidence and build friendships! Using movement and music, kids will connect with their bodies, keeping them healthy and happy! Kids play with leadership roles and even become an important part in choosing the music that would be used for each pose. Super fun and light-hearted!
Parents are welcome to stay and play (and take pictures) and relax in our backyard garden, or leave and pick up their kids up after class.
Your pre-teens will love Shawna Schenk and be able to relate to her positive, bubbly personality. She is a certied yoga instructor and has a BA in Early Childhood Education.
Classes are $10 and kids can bring a mat or rent one for a dollar at our space! Sign up online or just drop in!
