Our restaurants will feature Jewish inspired dishes such as a Leek Latke with Smoked Salmon; Herb Poached Salmon with Butter Lettuce and Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette and a Zinfandel Short Rib with Parsnip and Roasted Vegetables.
