Everyday Peruvian w/ Monica Szepesy of Q’ero

Monica Szepesy of Q’ero shares her Latin American secrets…

The food buzz in Encinitas is Q’ero, the quaint and always packed Peruvian restaurant that North County residents try to frequent (if they can get a seat!)  Now Q’ero owner, Monica Szepesy ,wants to share some of her family recipes with those that are fans of her flavorful dishes.

Menu for this class:  Fish Ceviche (a great hangover cure), Lomo Saltado  (Sautéed steak with onions tomatoes French fries and Peruvian spices.  The most famous everyday dish.  Comfort food.)  Aji de Gallina  (creamy chicken dish in Peruvian chili sauce).
