  • 9:30 am Tomaytoland

o   Tomaytoland is home to Robin Lipman’s eclectic, unique, and sometimes funky collection of art. In addition, we will have a sneak peek of a pop-up show from artist Vicki Walsh. Walsh’s paintings have been shown all over California including the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla and the Oceanside Museum of Art.

  • 11:00 am Cheryl Tall’s Studio

o   Cheryl Tall studied art at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, BFA, l974, and at the University of Miami, Miami, FL, MFA, 1995. Her present studio is Southern California, where she creates her large-scale sculpture and paintings, and teaches art classes. Tall’s primary medium is clay, coil built into large figurative sculptures and wall pieces. She also works with mixed media, oil and acrylic painting, and printmaking.

  • 12:30 pm Lunch at 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro

o   3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro is s a unique concept that combines a retail wine shop with a restaurant celebrating the classic California Bistro menu.

  • 2:00 pm San Diego Botanic Garden featuring Special Docent: Naomi Nussbaum

o   San Diego Botanic Garden is proud to feature the fourth exhibition of Sculpture in the Garden, a unique display of sculptural creations carefully placed throughout the lush and natural 37-acre setting. This year’s curator, Naomi Nussbaum of Naomi Nussbaum Art & Design, has orchestrated an eclectic exhibition ranging from whimsical to large abstract work with an emphasis on diversity of media and scale.

  • 4:00 pm Depart from San Diego Botanic Garden

Tickets only $60/JCC members; $75/Non-member
