Culture & Cuisine: Indian Cuisine

For the second class on October 8th we’ll prepare some of the lesser known regional cuisines of India—the cuisine from Gujarat and Southern India with Anita. We'll have delicious variety of vegetarian entrees!

In addition to learning about the culinary traditions in India and enjoying a full flavorful dinner, attendees will also learn about the spices, main ingredients, and locations in San Diego where all of these ingredients may be purchased.

 All classes take place on Tuesdays at 5:30 at the La Jolla Community Center. The classes may be purchased individually or for the whole series!
The cost is $30/Members and $35/Non-Members.
