Platt-Lee reportedly moved from San Diego to New York in August 2009, where they lived together in an East 86th Street apartment. Silverstein paid her share of rent for six months, until she broke things off in February 2010. However, the couple got together again, got engaged in June 2011 and she moved back in with Silverstein in August 2011, according to reports.

Platt-Lee returned her $32,000 engagement ring after breaking up with Silverstein by phone last month, according to the Daily News. She reportedly was visiting family and friends in San Diego when she called the relationship off.

Silverstein allegedly wants $19,000 back from their joint bank account, $28,000 in rent and half of the $27,000 in nonrefundable deposit for their wedding, which was planned for September.
