La Jolla Weather Forecast: April 28-May 4

This week we will welcome May and some sunny 81 degree weather! While the National Weather Service forecasts a chance of drizzle Sunday night and Monday morning, Thursday and Friday are clear and warm. 

Friday will be the best beach and barbecue day. The forecast calls for sun and a high near 81. See you at the beach.

  • Sunday Night: A chance of drizzle after 11pm. Patchy fog after 11pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 55. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
  • Monday: A chance of drizzle before 11am. Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 62. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.
  • Monday Night: Patchy fog after 11pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 55. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming south in the evening.
  • Tuesday: Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 62. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
  • Tuesday Night: Patchy fog after 11pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 57.
