Holiday Drink Recipes: The Shores Restaurant's Candy Cane Martini

Patch brings you one recipe a day for the 12 days of Christmas from area bartenders.

The Shores Restaurant will be open for Christmas, but you don't need to wait till Tuesday to enjoy one of their holiday beverages. The Shores mixologists shared a martini recipe perfect for Santa and his helpers (over the age of 21, of course)—a Candy Cane Martini. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Absolut Vanilia
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz white crème de cocoa
  • Peppermint dust for rim

Directions:

Rim martini glass with peppermint dust. In a shaker pour in Absolut Vanilia, peppermint schnapps and crème de cocoa over ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.
