We are not sure if Beaumont's Eatery main man behind the bar, Gavin McManes, can bake Christmas cookies, but we are sure he can make a darn good drink.
McManes has created the Gingerbread Man cocktail, the perfect combination of sweet, spice and everything nice. So leave the crunchy cookies for the kids and sling back this drink during the holidays.
- 1 3/4 oz Bulliet Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz of Monin gingerbread syrup
- 1/4 oz of fresh pressed lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters
- Ginger ale
Shake. Strained over ice and topped with a splash of ginger ale.
