Go Around the World with 7 Courses and Cocktails at Cusp

Cusp Dining & Drinks at Hotel La Jolla will host a World Cocktail Day Dinner on Monday with seven courses paired with seven cocktails from each of the seven continents.

Travel around the world in just one event. Attend Cusp Dining & Drinks'(at Hotel La Jolla) World Cocktail Day Dinner. It is seven courses and seven cocktails from each of the seven continents for $77. And of course, the event starts at 7 p.m.

Here's the worldly menu:

South America

  • Anchote yellow tail eschave, mango, papaya, guava and cashew. 
  • Pisco, manzanilla sherry, crème de pear and dry vermouth.

North America

  • Hangtown fry, oyster, egg and bacon.
  • Pork belly infused bourbon, honey, angostura bitters and rosemary.

Asia

  • Charred pork cheek dumplings, ramen Broth and Tare with crispy Pork Ears.
  • Star anise infused vodka, star fruit, calpico and toasted sesame seed.

Africa

  • Pistachio lamb, pomegranate molasses, cauliflower cous cous, dried grapes and pine nut.
  • Gin, Mighty Leaf Wild Berries & Blossom Tea, fig syrup, fresh lemon, egg white, black walnut bitters and sage.

Europe

  • Tenderloin butter roasted Yukon terrine and triple cream cheese.
  • Genever, sweet vermouth, rhubarb-lemon cordial, Campari and peychaud’s bitters.

Australia

  • Watercress, Pink Grapefruit and Nashi Pear Salad.
  • Rum, sauvignon blanc, New Zealand vanilla syrup, crème de banana, fresh lemon and mint.

Antartica

  • Floating Coconut domes, Yuzu and vanilla.
  • Yellow Chartreuse, shaved coconut ice ball, chocolate bitters and sea salt.
