Prudential California Realty Remodels Its No. 1 Office
Ranked the No. 1 Prudential office in the nation, the La Jolla office of Prudential California Realty, one of the nation’s largest residential brokerages and soon to be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, is undergoing remodeling and expansion. Located at 1299 Prospect Street in La Jolla, Calif., the office continues to serve clients during the reconstruction, which will be completed by 2014.
“Our newly remodeled space will reflect the caliber of our service and work on behalf of our clients,” says Nicki Marcellino, the La Jolla Branch Manager. “We needed the additional space to accommodate our growing team, and it’s important for us to have an office that truly reflects the success of our agents, who are some of the best in the nation.”

The La Jolla office is ranked No.1 for its sales volume in 2012 and has been No. 1 for nine out of the last 11 years. Their achievement was recognized with the Pinnacle award, one of the company’s most prestigious awards. For the remodeling, the office is collaborating with Sheryll Jackman from The Jackman Group, a premier design team, for some of the finishing selections and the reception furniture. One of the homes Jackman designed was featured in the July 2012 publication of Luxe Magazine. Jackman is also a La Jolla business owner, running Seaside Home, a renowned home store in La Jolla.
