Tyler Florence, a Food Network star, and Herringbone’s Executive Chef Amanda Baumgarten, a Top Chef Season 7 contestant, will both be heating up the kitchen at celebrity chef Brian Malarkey's Herringbone on Sept. 13. The duo will serve up a special dining experience.
The La Jolla restaurant will host a multiple course dinner featuring Tyler Florence Wine pairings and dishes prepared by chefs Florence and Baumgarten. This dinner will allow guests to taste Tyler Florence Wines Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley region, and TF Limited-production Wines Pinot Noir, Old Vine Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve from the Napa Valley and Lake County regions.
The dinner will start with cocktails at 5:30 p.m., followed dinner at 6 p.m. Dinners will also have an opportunity for Florence and Baumgarten to sign their dinner menu.
