Philip S. and Victoria M. Padula sold three residential properties at 8028-8030 La Jolla Shores Dr. in La Jolla Shores for $1,325,000, according to The Daily Transcript.
The local business publication reported that the buyers of the two-story, 2,212-square-foot property, were John P. and Nuri B. Pierce and that the property last sold for $1.5 million in October 2005.
