Soap Opera Coming to La Jolla

The soap shop will sell a wide array of products including bar soaps, bath and body oil, body moisturizer, body wash, colognes and perfumes, facial soap, hand and foot care, home fragrance, dish soap, and talc and powders. It plans to carries products for women, men, children and even pets.
Mike Slattery and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessor in the transaction. The Soap Opera leased 1,850 square feet of retail space for five years from 1025 Prospect LP for $559,884.
