A new indoor cycle studio pedaled its way into Bird Rock. The Rush Indoor Cycling Studio opened on Saturday to a full house of interested fitness enthusiasts.
The cycle studio, on La Jolla Boulevard across the street from Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, will offer spin classes for everyone from beginners with no clue to hardcore cyclists with the padded shorts and clip-in shoes.
Co-owner Corey Spangler said he opened the studio because he was on a mission to find the perfect cycle class with a great bike, enthusiastic instructor, great music, ease to sign in and get a spot, perfect location and community feel.
