Property at Pearl and Herschel Sold for $7.6M

New owner plans to demolish the existing office and apartment space.

A small 0.32-acre parcel at Pearl Street and Herschel Avenue sold for $7.6 million. Lee & Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage and service provider, announced the sale March 7.

The buyer, Zephyr Partners, LLC, plans to demolish the existing structures consisting of 27,68-square-feet of office and apartment space for 24 townhomes, according to Lee & Associates. The owner anticipates breaking ground in the next three to four months.
