Legacy Partners purchased three properties in the Torrey Pines area for $51.25 million. The properties were part of a 33-acre, 1 million-square-foot campus acquired by Pfizer, a research-based pharmaceutical company, in 2004 for $372 million, according to the Daily Transcript.
The local business publication added that Legacy Partner makes this purchase just nine months after losing its 600 B. Street building downtown to foreclosure.
