Officine Panerai Opens Storefront on Prospect Street

Luxury watch store Panerai recently opened in La Jolla. The store sells its own line exclusively.

Officine Panerai may have a new La Jolla storefront, but that’s not to say its products are new to La Jolla. Panerai watches have a rich history and are a favorite among collectors.

The once family-owned and company got its start in the 1860s and within 30 years, became the official supplier of watches and timepieces to the Italian Navy. Since that time the company has undergone a number of evolutions, including expansion into the civilian market. The watches quickly became a favorite among time-piece enthusiasts.

The latest pricelist shows watch prices start at $4,800.
