La Jolla Bamboo Boutique Now Open on Prospect

The International Shops plaza in La Jolla has a new store catering to those who seek sustainable clothing and accessories.

New to the International Shops on Prospect Street is the La Jolla Bamboo Boutique, a family-owned store specializing in clothing and other products that boast a more sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. Originally starting in local farmers’ markets including in La Jolla and UTC, brother Sean and Jared Hamilton were urged by their followers to create a store that allowed customers to purchase their American-made, organic products on any day of the week. The store opened earlier this month.

From socks to yoga pants to evening wear, the store offers customers a chance to purchase products made from bamboo, hemp, organic cotton and other materials that are sustainable and eco-friendly. The store also carries hand and body lotions.

Address: 1237 Prospect St. Suite V. La Jolla, CA 92037
