Synergy Corporate Housing signed a four year lease valued at $238,764. The corporate housing company will lease 2,403 square feet of office space at 4275 Executive Square. Joe Anderson and Brooks Campbell of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented Synergy. Representation for the property owner and/or manager was not disclosed.

Vigor Systems signed a two year lease valued at 1025 Prospect St., suites 330 and 350 from 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership. The lease was valued at $189,971. Mike Slattery and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both Vigor and 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership in the transaction.
Vigor Systems is currently located at 7825 Fay Ave. The firm develops video distribution solutions for technology providers, according to its web site.
