The cardio room at the has reopened! Upgrades to the facility, which was completed earlier this month, include new cardio machines from Precor and Technogym. All new cardio machines, including ellipticals, treadmills and bikes, have personal TVs with touch screen consoles.
The cardio room has new carpeting, new paint and improved energy-efficient lighting as well.
On the outside of the Y, new signage hangs welcoming guests too.
What you might be missing is towel service. The YMCA cut complimentary towel service to offset the cost of the upgrades.
In upcoming months, the YMCA plans to upgrade and convert the racquetball courts, add a new indoor cycle studio and a personal training studio.
