Krafy Krepes Signs Lease in La Jolla
A new creperie, which signed a lease for space on Prospect Street in La Jolla, will serve breakfast, savory and dessert crepes.
Timothy J. Hinde doing business as Krafty Krepes recently signed a lease for 880 square feet of retail space at 1241 Prospect Street, Suite A, Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial announced on Wednesday. The five year, two month lease is valued at $348,222.
Hinde said Krafy Krepes will serve breakfast, savory and dessert crepes when it opens later this year.
"In addition, the crepe making will form an interactive part of the store, where customers can observe their crepes being made," said Hinde in an email to Patch.

He added that the crepe shop will also roll out several other "interactive menu items" after the opening, scheduled for late December.
Hinde said Krafty Krepes will have made to order crepes in a "quick-service, retro, French feel" cafe.
